Anais at Pet Fresh Bayswater did the most fantastic job grooming our Groodle, Walter. From the moment we arrived she was so calm, kind and had the most beautiful energy with him, he was instantly at ease. She really listened to exactly what I wanted and took the time to understand my concerns... I was extremely nervous that he would not look like the same dog afterwards, but I was absolutely delighted. He still looks like himself, just perfectly groomed.

We had such a great experience at Pet Fresh Dog Grooming! From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, friendly, and so welcoming. They treated our little baby with so much care and attention, it was obvious she was in good hands. She came back looking beautiful, smelling amazing, and most importantly, happy and relaxed.
