General Terms

Payment Terms: A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, based on the advertised rate. Full payment is due upon service completion.

Appointment Policy: Clients must arrive on time. Late arrivals will be charged from the scheduled start time at the calculated hourly rate (based on the quoted price and expected duration). Pets must be picked up on time; late pick-up fees and any additional charges are at the groomer’s discretion.

Service Limitations: In cases where the pet’s condition allows only for shaving (e.g., severe matting), this will be done at the groomer’s discretion. Aggressive pets may be refused service, and deposits will be forfeited if aggression or temperament issues were not disclosed.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers must disclose all relevant medical conditions, temperament issues, and any other information affecting their pet’s grooming experience.

Groomer’s Discretion

The groomer reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time if the pet’s condition or behavior poses a safety risk to the pet or staff.

Refunds or Redo Policy

Pet Fresh Grooming will strive to achieve the best possible result within the scope of the breed, coat condition, and pet’s temperament. Refunds are not provided for dissatisfaction due to temperament, pre-existing conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

Liability Waiver

By signing this agreement, you acknowledge the inherent risks of grooming, including minor cuts, stress-related health issues, or reactions to grooming products. Pet Fresh Grooming is not liable for issues arising from pre-existing medical or behavioral conditions. In emergencies, the closest available vet will be contacted, and all associated costs will be the owner’s responsibility.

Pet Policies

Vaccination and Health: All pets must be fully vaccinated. Pets showing signs of illness or infestations (e.g., fleas, ticks) will be refused service.

Aggression Policy: Aggressive pets will not be groomed. Refusal of service due to aggression will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Photo Release

By signing this document, you grant permission for photos of your pet to be used in Pet Fresh Grooming’s marketing materials (e.g., social media, website). To opt out, you must provide written notice via email or message. Photos can be removed upon request.
